I’m Shelina (she/her) - a consultant, coach and changemaker.
I’m here to do meaningful work with people who want to do the same.
Like many others in the HR world, I fell into the field by chance but I quickly realised I am exactly where I am meant to be. What started as a job fast became a passion; empowering people and organisations to grow with integrity, courage, and clarity.
For over a decade, I’ve built a career grounded in real world leadership experience across HR, EDI, organisational development and training. I’ve worked across sectors tackling everything from performance management overhauls to scaling revenue teams and rethinking organisational design. The guiding principle of my work is simple: people matter, and effective HR drives better business outcomes.
One of the most significant moments in my career was leading a transformation of a struggling revenue team. By partnering with the Chief Revenue Officer, I assisted in restructuring and realigning the team, which ultimately resulted in achieving £20 million in ARR within 9 months. This experience powerfully demonstrated how a people centric strategy, combined with strong leadership and bold decision making can drive substantial success.
